We do our best to ensure high quality, beautifully curated makers boxes are delivered to your door every season. We are attentive makers looking to inspire whimsy not perfection, but will always work with you to make things right if there is a problem!

Our maker boxes are sold as a package deal. Products can be returned only if all components are untouched and in the same condition as shipped. Once materials are altered, used or combined, makers boxes cannot be returned/refunded unless there is an as-shipped defect with the materials. We hope our precious goodies don’t meet a weird fate enroute to you, but in the event of damaged goods, be sure to reach out!

In case of an error/damage, please email us at fiona@thesnugclub.org with pictures and description of the issue ASAP. Please allow 48 hours for us to get back to you after emailing.

If there is a defect in the materials, we will ask you to ship them back (we will cover the cost) and we will issue the refund/replacement after inspection of the shipped box and contents.
